HOW TO USE

Step 1:Wash your hands with soap and water. Tear the paper wrap from the edges to take out the tampon. Throw the paper wrap in a bin.
Step 2:Hold the tampon string and pull on it quickly and firmly a couple of times to make sure it is secured to the tampon.
Step 3:Sit comfortably on the toilet seat or in squatting position or stand with one leg raised and resting on the toilet seat.
Step 4:Locate your vaginal opening with your fingers.
Step 5:Now push your index finger into the hollow at the end of the tampon and place it at the vaginal opening at an angle.
Step 6:The more relaxed you are, the easier it will be.
Step 1:Using the index finger, start pushing the tampon slowly and gently at an angle.
Step 7:Push the tampon inside as far as possible till you can no longer feel it.
Step 8:If you feel any discomfort, remove the tampon using the string, wash your hands and try again with a fresh tampon.
Step 9:The tampon can be removed by slowly pulling the string downwards and outwards.
Step 10:Once the tampon has been removed, wash your hands with soap and water.
Step 11:Wrap the used tampon in toilet paper and throw it in a bin.
