A reset password link will be sent on your email ID. Wishlists signify a customer's interest in a product without an immediate intent to purchase.You can create a personalized wishlist of selected products only after Login or Sign-Up at Beuflix.com.Simply click on the pink heart icon flashing on product or click on the product then click on “Add to Wishlist” button to add an item in your wish list.Open your wishlist section in your user account or click on the heart icon visible on the upper right side and click on the remove icon.

Technically we are undertaking the assurance of genuine products providing at Beuflix.com but products warranties, benefits , side-effects are solely under-taken by Brands or Manufacturer of the products.
In-case any incident occur regarding the benefits or side-effects kindly reach to the brands customer-care or support email ID directly (mostly mentioned on the back side of the products.)Sometimes prices differs for the same products due to new stock addition or updated by the brands. Possibility is that if the new stock came-up with some offers so might it creates variation with the older stock prices of those products.

Enter your email address, shipping address and payment details and click on place order. After placing the order a confirmation page will appear and an email will be sent on your register email ID about confirmation of your order.

You can do it by filling in your address as the -> billing address and the address you wish to ship your order to, as the shipping address.Out of Stock products are listed on the website in the category of temporarily unavailable. However, you will be notified about the products once they are back in inventory.
If you wish to buy the product that are out of stock as of now, but you still wants to wait and to be notified please register your account at Beuflix.com and enter the details like email ID and contact number. You will be immediately notified via an email about the product availability.That’s Perfectly All Right !! Items can be saved in your shopping cart once selected and even if not processed for final order. But Yes, the price and availability of those products will vary with up-to-date basis at Beuflix.com. But it can extend the possibility of getting the product sold-out or the offer’s/discounts waive-off or gets expired by the time you place an order of your selected products.

If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.Yes, Cash on Delivery option is available for the users to choose instead of other payment options. Delivery charge are the parcel handling & shipping fee of the order containing your products. It only applies on order’s less than Rs.1199/-. If you have ordered products and found it under aforesaid category then it can be exchanged if meeting other T&C. Shipping charges may vary for exchange of part of ordered products.
In the above cases raise the exchange request within 12 hours of receiving the order through dropping an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with product pictures (3 angle) and keeping the original bills along with packaging at the time of pickup of the parcel ready with you.Exchange of product will be possible only if in any case you have received a wrong product or product is partially damaged. The customer need to send us the email at email@example.com within 12 hours of delivery and share the Order ID, pictures of the product with the cartoon box or packaging, invoice and description (like defective/wrong/damaged) of the product for exchange, we will not return the product but it will be exchanged with the same product for one time only subject to product availability, else we will provide with the option to choose any other product.
Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact, sealed, unused and in their original packaging in an undamaged condition and subject to quality check through our team. (opened or used products will not be accepted as exchange.)
We are committed to provide the best shopping experience to all our customers. Yet we have noticed that few user accounts misuse our platform in-terms of repetitive returns of purchased items; which takes the opportunity away from other customers to buy these items. To protect the right of our customers we have a capping of return for 1 time only and if the items are retuned the second time from the same customer then it will levy the courier charge of Rs. 149/- flat before dispatching the items. If we found that number of returns are high then we reserve the right to permanently deactivate the account of user.
