CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Before Dispatch or Shipment –
In case, you wish to cancel your order that has not been dispatched or shipped yet, please get in touch with customer care through an email at firstname.lastname@example.org Orders can be cancelled only within 8 hours of placing the order.
In case of cancellation of prepaid orders, refund of your amount will be processed within 5-12 working days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
Exchange Policy –
We attempt to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, but considering the fact that same products cannot be used by other customers upon return due to hygiene factors, we don’t accept exchange or return of the products once sold or delivered and also to adhere with Covid-19 Precautions.
As all the products before dispatch went through a systematic procedure of quality check and packaging yet, if in any case you have received a wrong product then we will exchange it with the placed order or required product and if the product is partially damaged then customer need to send us the mail at email@example.com within 12 hours of delivery and share the Order ID, pictures of the product with the cartoon box or packaging, invoice and description (like defective/wrong/damaged) of the product for exchange, we will not return the product but it will be exchanged with the same product for one time only. Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact, sealed, unused and in their original packaging in an undamaged condition and subject to quality check through our team. (opened or used products will not be accepted as exchange.)
Return orders will be picked up by our courier partners within 2-5 working days. We will initiate the replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact and successfully went through the standard process of verification.
Returns for Exchange will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- If request is initiated after 12 hours of order delivery.
- If the product is damaged due to misuse/overuse/altered/replaced by the customer.
- If product is returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.
- If the Serial Number is tampered.
- If certain defective products are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty.
- If the items are purchased during sale periods.
- If free gift is not retuned with the original product.
- If the product is a free gift.
- During our Mega Sales Events or Festival Events or Other Marketing Campaigns return/exchange/refund rules may apply differently that will be mentioned in the separate link that will be visible on the promotion banner. - Exchange or Replacement of the Product is subject to the availability of stock of the same product. If the replacement could not be possible or available in any case, then we will give you the option to buy any other product of the same amount one time only.
- While sending the product (or a part of any multiple order) for exchange, it is mandatory to send all the freebies/free sample/free gifts received along with the delivered product.
Any complaints related to product/delivery should be brought to our notice within 12 hours from the time of delivery.
